I would need a manual on how to open the earpiece by myself to correct the earpiece material. Thank you for advice on how to deal with this problem :)

Usually there are screws under the sponge, fold it from the inside out and you will find.

Just how to put it all back together ...

The top must be pulled off, not just pry - then it enters elegantly. If a colleague had a problem with that, please take photos - I will help
