Hello, I have a little problem, I have cameras set to motion detection to send an alarm to e-mail how to set them to respond to human movement and not to slight small movements, even to birds. because at the moment there are alarms every 1-2 minutes from each camera, the recorder is Hikvision ds 7108 and the Hikvision DS-2CE16D0T-IR camera

In the detection settings you have a sensitivity slider (just see the manual). Unfortunately, the organoleptic setting, i.e. with the person breaching the detection field, is also worth drawing the detection grid manually (excluding trees and other elements that can excite - here I assume a reasonable approach of the programmer).
Once or twice, the customer insisted on the e-mail from the alarm and detection - as soon as he was willing, he wanted to turn it off even faster (in the store it did not work at all, the e-mail was jammed within a week, the alarm effect was none), because the client stopped responding to alarm notifications on the same day).

in general, I have a record from the recorder 24/7, but I wanted an additional alarm on the email as if someone were hanging around on the property because the area is partially fenced and I am not at home for about 10-12 hours a day, sometimes even 2-4 days when I'm on a business trip

Do you watch birds 24/7 ?? In detection, you can set the time before and after the event to keep the recording (because the DVR records through the buffer, so nothing is lost). Have fun with ROI and line crossing (these DVRs should support this function), it should help a bit, and if you only insist on detection, change the sensitivity a bit (unfortunately I send a lot of crap to the email and this cannot be avoided completely, enough that the headlight will hit the car at night, there is already a scene change, so there is detection, although there was no intrusion).
