I will replace it but there is a chance to check if it is damaged?

Why replace it right away? Check the pressure after firing, what is happening to it.

it does not start, it goes out immediately. Someone has a diagram where this sensor is, I am looking for it and I can not see it.

I did not manage to remove the EGR completely, I unscrewed it from the screws, the inlets, the outlets without disconnecting the cooling supply, the plate above the injectors was unscrewed, I pushed it 3-4 cm and it was enough to get the key 27. The sensor replaced, the car is running. Is EGR coolant refilled from the radiator expansion tank? 100ml of it came down trying to play with the band.

Hello, I have the same problem, the same symptoms and low pressure p0685. The car fires and goes out after a while, then you have to spin it for a long time to start it. Which sensor did you replace? The one in the pump or on the rail (if any), give the part number, I have 1.6 ehdi 2012

on the rail, screwed on on the right side.

Replaced succeeded without unscrewing the EGR.
