    Hello,

I was looking for new and used optical microscopes with max 4X magnification. Unfortunately, I did not find anything sensible. I am interested in something like the picture. I know professional microscopes are produced with large extension arms and zoom even up to 20X, unfortunately I do not need such a high-end.

    Greetings.

Maybe I shouldn't, but I have to write this that I associate the microscope with high magnifications of 20x. For 4x, it's a pity for money because that's what the magnifier is for. For humor, my "microscopes" and I will never sell them if they were willing. With double 8 x eyepieces and x10 precision eyepieces, of course with interchangeable 'lenses' ...

It is exactly as my colleague marianek70 wrote. We use a magnifying glass for 4x magnification. The technical stereoscopic microscope offers us magnification in a wider range. The standard is 10x, 20x and these are usually used for optical inspection of electronics.
    I am using mbs-10.

You can buy them at a good price, for example on ebay.

One of the cheapest is e.g. delta-optical-stereolight
You can also buy it through Allegro. It offers 10x magnification.
