As in Title. Is it possible to work on 3 computers using 1 mouse and keyboard and perform exactly the same operations using them on three different computers? It's all about mmorpg being played and the ability to improve performance by playing with three different accounts but doing exactly the same operations using only one keyboard and mouse. I am not talking about the KVM switch, but the parallel operation of 3 machines, performing only on all three computers at the same time. Thank you

There is probably no such thing that would allow you to use the mouse on several computers in parallel. There are programs that allow you to use one mouse on several computers, but here it is that you can switch between devices.

You'd better use a macro or other bot. Your idea is a bit over the top.

Makro / Bot is not an option for the game guard. I am asking about a specific thing and not an alternative approach. For me, it's important to do the same on three or two different computers while minimizing my involvement, hence my question. The macro is good for where the pattern repeats and in my case it is not. I was thinking of taking apart an old mouse with a USB cable and soldering a second USB cable in parallel .. Is it possible that such modification of the mouse would allow it to work properly on two different computers? (maybe silly but important to me)

    It's not possible.
The transmission protocol between the computer and the keyboard and mouse does not support connection to more than one computer at a time.
Forget about soldering additional cables, because it will only cause collision of signals sent at the same time.

It can't be done on PS / 2. The transmission protocol does not allow this.

Topic summary

The discussion centers on the feasibility of operating three computers simultaneously using a single mouse and keyboard in MMORPG gaming. Users express skepticism about the possibility, noting that standard protocols for USB and PS/2 connections do not support simultaneous connections to multiple computers. Suggestions include using software solutions like "Mouse without Borders," "Synergy," and "Input Director," which allow for shared control across devices, but these do not achieve true parallel operation. A user proposes a hardware modification involving multiple mice connected to a single optical sensor, but this approach is also met with doubt regarding its practicality. Overall, the consensus is that while some software solutions exist, true simultaneous operation as described is not feasible with current technology.
