Hello, it is about the Isomatic gate and the liftronic 500 drive. Well, I installed the gate step by step according to the instructions. However, when closing, the drive rail curves upward when the second section is lowered. I've been in the head for two days now but I can't deal with this problem which can cause these complications. I connected the rail with a fastener, but only one side entered the grooves, the other was not because it is too long. In the middle I additionally connected with a clamp. The tape is tight but the hand is very hard to move. I am asking for help, I bought and set up a gate for a disabled person to make their life easier, but I can't finish my work.
