    Faac 740 problem please help

The motor after normal operation starts to behave strangely at times! For example, after 50 normal openings, the door starts to open very slowly and with a strange sound as if the motor is struggling. Here is a video attached. I live in Macedonia and I bought the motor via eBay from Italy, in my country there is no authorized FAAC repairer so in a way I am left to myself and have to solve the problem as best I can. Please help or suggest!

You probably have an encoder (motor speed sensor - a black cap on the motor connected by a ribbon cable to the control unit) and EC function activated. It is designed to add an anti-jamming function - it detects an obstacle by testing the release of the motor speed and reverses the movement if the obstacle is present.
After each encoder operation, the next door movement takes place entirely in slow motion (which is why the drive hums, rattles and gives the impression of working "by force") and after one complete stroke in slow motion, the drive returns to normal operation.
However, this function is very underdeveloped - it often happens that it mistakenly regards movement on release (e.g. at the end of closing) as an obstruction and the results are as above.
The first way to work around this is to shorten the slowdowns at the end of the movement to a minimum (e.g. by using slowdowns after the rP limiters and completely switching off the long slowdowns before the rA limiters) or to switch off the slowdowns completely. If the encoder continues to intervene unnecessarily, switch it off completely (setting the EC parameter to 00 and physically disconnecting the encoder cable from the control board).

oh I'm new here, and I just saw that you answered my problem even though I wrote you a private message a while ago. But here I will try to summarize my problem once again with videos - please watch all three videos: the first video is where the motor behaves strangely, but the characteristic is that if I turn off the power supply and turn it on again like in the second video - the motor immediately continues to work normally. Yes I have an encoder but the values are 00! In the third video I removed the motor's protective mask and made another video with the problem. Please give me specific suggestions for the values of WORK TIME? rP? rA? And still keep in mind that if the values of rP and rA are 00 the motor will suffer in the long run. The door in the video weighs about 200 kg

I will add a photos of how my motor is set on basic and advanced parametars
