Nice gate didn't work, emergency opening. The flap is locked

Hello.
This morning a slight frost (-5) the gate opened nicely and won't close. The gate light blinks twice and nothing.
The manual opening flap marked in the photo is blocked. It can be tilted by force about 3 cm, but it cannot be opened. The key turns but does not open the flap.
Someone, somewhere, something?

First, enter the exact drive type.
She could get off the limit switch or photos.
Remove the lid and describe (or take a photo) the LEDs at the terminal block. If you have a ROBO500 model, also describe the state of the LEDs at the pin connector from the limit switches (marked FCA, FCC, COM).

As for the blocked flap:
1. Or the lock plate behind the cylinder has unscrewed - and then you have to combine, twist the cylinder until it can open.
2. Due to the failure of the limit switch, the gate presses against the post and due to the tension of the mechanism you will not be able to disengage it - then you unscrew a piece of the toothed bar (or lower the drive) - the relaxed mechanism should be able to disengage.


3. Worst of all - the reason for not closing the gate is a gear or clutch failure - which makes it impossible to close and disengage - start the drive raised or on the removed rack - if it goes - then not

After inspection and opening the upper housing, I noticed that the "pin" was blocking the opening of the manual opening lock.
I planted the boards and started the gate.
After that it let go and the gate started moving
It seems to me that the gate is clearly stuck on the roller that is moving it. Maybe it opened too far from the momentum, or the morning drive blocked something in the opening.
