Fix ASUS X541U Windows 10 Error Code 0xc000000e after External WiFi Card Installation

Hello.
I have a problem running Windows 10 on an ASUS X541U computer. The computer worked properly until an external wifi card was installed. The card itself was working properly but after restarting the system a message with error code 0xc000000e popped up. I created a usb drive with windows 10. I tried all the repair options from the windows 10 installation disk. I also tried the program from these pages:

running the pendrive with the above program installed results in error code 0xc000000d.
I also tried booting in safe mode - the same problem every time
Windows 10 64bit
How can you run windows?

I understand that you deleted the card? And there is still the same problem?
I bet on physical damage, try booting from some live linux and see if it works. It is possible that something has damaged in the notebook itself. Ew. may need cleaning.
