I have another problem with the Drutex balcony doors, specifically with the right wing (the hinged sunroof also opens). This wing is firmly down to close it and I have to lift it up quite a lot. I think the problem lies in the element that is in the picture below. This corner should be close to the hinge and it does not stick to me. Until today the door was only slightly sloping and I wanted to adjust it somehow, I turned the screw visible in the picture to the left and the door completely fell down, and now this screw does not turn to the right or left. Maybe some of you have knowledge about Maco's hardware in this Drutex door and it will do something.
Below I've posted a photo of this fitting element and a video showing how it goes.

The one on the TORX is just you can twist it vertically or the level does not twist. You have already done some work with this screw, the wing makes a lot of pressure and therefore you can not twist it as well as you would have removed it completely and only turned it as it was originally set.

The screw on the top serves for adjustment. The one below is the clasp of the stay arm. You unbuttoned it and now you have to take off the wing or help yourself with the other person who will push it.

And how does it take off the wing?

You have to knock (down) the pin from the hinge bracket. You have to keep the wing to keep it from falling down.

Do I understand correctly - with the door closed, I knock down the pin which is on the upper hinge (bracket), then I turn the handle in the OPEN position and after opening the door they come down from the bottom hinge bracket?

That's right. Often, the pin is much easier to leave when the wing is open. And it's certainly easier to stick him. But that's the details.

Today I had a service team and the repair took a few seconds. All you had to do was put the sash into the fitting.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing issues with the right wing of a DRUTEX balcony door, specifically related to the adjustment screw that is stuck and not turning. Various responses provide guidance on how to address the problem, including the need to remove the wing by knocking down the pin from the hinge bracket. It is suggested that the adjustment screw is for vertical alignment, and assistance may be required to manage the wing's weight during the process. Ultimately, a service team resolved the issue quickly by properly fitting the sash back into place.
