    Hello
I have a canon G3400 printer. I got error 5B00. And the failure lamp with the switch blinks alternately. The technician over tele said it was probably pampers.

    Will you help? :)

A program is required for erasing. To use the program, the printer must be started in the service mode.

You can do this using this program. You can buy the cancellation code on a popular auction site for about PLN 30. As for replacing the pampers, it is a rough job and when it is the first reset, you can not replace it.

Because the color head was clogged and I was cleaning the system (which causes a lot of ink consumption and dumps it into the pampers), I decided to have the printer replaced and the errors reset. I bought and replaced the color head with a new one. Now everything works fine and I hope that the equipment will serve for a while. Thanks for the help.
Maybe someone will need videos with instructions on how to replace the head in a printer of this type.
