Huawei P10 Camera Problem: Loss of Focus, Liquid Damage, & Service Center Experience (90 chars)

I warmly welcome. I have been a holder of huawei p10 for half a year. So far, I thought I was happy ... a few days ago suddenly the camera stopped focusing. photos come out well when I switch to the black and white photo mode, or when I take them up close. So I decided to take the phone to the service. And here the problem started because when I went to answer the phone it turned out that the phone was not repaired because "traces of liquid were found". So, after a hard discussion with the lady from the site, I asked for pictures from an open phone. (adds that I have already rewritten).


Where at first glance you can see that this is a roller because both are slightly different from each other. I do not know what it is (raid) but something in the pictures appears on two different sides and the colors of the layouts are also slightly different. I would like to advise you or have you already had a similar situation and what to do about it ?? what is the raid at all ?? I would add that the phone was not flooded or exposed to rain.

This raid is the so-called patina. And what means that the phone has been in contact with moisture. Such a thing does not have to occur only after the phone has been covered with water. As for the photos, maybe they are photos from both sides of the motherboard. And if in doubt, take it to some independent website and let them issue an expert opinion.

The guarantee has been canceled and you will not do anything else in this subject because the assertion of your rights in court is pointless.
Take it to a local service center and have it repaired.

I took the phone myself and fixed the camera. Today I'm going to the site because I already have proof that the photos they sent me from the alleged repair come from another phone. The photo I took
