I have a problem that probably results from installing a platformer. Although the game did not install (an error occurred at the end of the installation), but I installed it on another computer and after restarting the system there appeared an identical problem.

And it relates to the fact that after logging in to Windows, a black screen appears with a small console window cmd with the command C: \ Windows \ System32 When you type the command explorer or explorer.exe only then the desktop and everything else starts. Then the system works normally. How to make the screen and console not appear? I attach logs from FIRST and Addition.txt
