    Hello,
Someone may recommend or advise against any of the above. automation?
One of the installers strongly advises me not to Mobilus, because it breaks down into power and that so far has a lot of complaints about the engines for remote controls (for two years no longer mounts mobiles)
The second says that it used to be bad with the mobilus and that now everything is OK.

I care about feedback, switches at every window, the possibility of connecting the entrance gate and garage door and possibly one ARZ Z-wave fakro roof roller blind, or any future expansion.

I know that somfy switches only has a radio price of around 100 PLN / pcs. x 11 windows is a large sum, but if mobilus is going to break, I prefer to add these switches.

However, I will only connect somfy with the ZWMA module with the fakro blind (unless mobilus also works with this module?)

    Maybe someone will advise something:]

    Pozdr.

Affirmative. I have 15 windows and 5 remote controls in Mobilus to use. Electronics are raining systematically. To reduce the costs I bought a remote control with time automation - it also fell short after the warranty. Three remote controls were won, including one under warranty. I couldn't get Mobilus to repair the remote control under the manufacturer's warranty, i.e. no response !! I couldn't advertise through the store because they ended their cooperation due to poor quality and problems with repairs.

Radiolines fell on two engines - after warranty.

If you want Mobilus, buy radiolines and engines separately. If you get one of two with lower costs of buying a new one.

For me, out of 8 mounted on a mobilus, three will be sent to the service - one complete lack of response to signals from the remote control, the second probably lost its position and rewound the blind, the third leaves the blind from 10 cm after issuing the stop command, and the movement is then slowed down. The engines that I bought are two years old (warranty theoretically 5 years). They are with overload detection and remote control feedback about the blinds status. There were also problems with the remote control software - I even wrote directly to the manufacturer and they changed something there. In general, the functionality would be ok - if only it worked as intended. In other engines it is also not fun - because often without a reason (the roller blind is not blocked) the obstacle detection function is activated and the roller blind stops, e.g. in the middle of the window - both when raising and lowering the blind, and once there was a case that the blind caught lightly (in winter) - then the detection did not detect it.
I advise you to buy the whole set (roller shutter and motor) in one company, which will give a guarantee for the whole set.

Mobilus is very little. Avoid from afar. I regret that I did not pay extra for the art nozzles and I did not buy Somfy. Somfy has 5 years warranty for drives and Mobilus only 2 years . At the beginning of 2016 I installed a radio Mobilus in 8 blinds and after 2 years and 2 months with an interval of 2 months electronics fell in 3. Blinds went crazy and did what they wanted. One reacted neither to a button nor to the remote control and fell or rose randomly at its own discretion. The second one rose OK, but sometimes it lowered itself, after a while each time after lifting it "let go" and fell to the end. The third decided not to act at all - the cold corpse.
After researching the topic and problems with servicing - I was offered paid service of course. So I ordered another company from roller blinds that diagnosed a fault in Mobilus electronics - after the conversation the actuators were replaced by them but for Somfy. These have been working without a problem for half a year. Well, for now I have 2 remotes (Somfy and Mobilus) but at this rate of drive falling in 2 years I will have Somfy replaced everywhere. It is a pity that in 4 years I will pay double for drives (for old and new). I wanted savings.

    Hello forum members.
Unfortunately, I must admit, like the users above, that Mobilus engines are not enough. In February my warranty expires, and today I have replaced 5 actuators out of 18 installed. I am waiting for the service for the next three. During the last visit to the service, I got questions about the correct installation or the possibility of overvoltage in the network. Or maybe any of you had such a case?
Despite having a lot of electrical / electronic devices and 98% of LED lighting very sensitive to surges throughout the entire period of residence (almost 3 years) one (!!) led bulb has been damaged (shining in the wall lamp in the set of four - the other ones shine). And the actuators regularly fall ... Apparently (according to the information of the service technician) the new installed actuators are in a different version than the original ones, can anyone confirm this? What and if there are the possibilities of translating the actuators from existing Mobilus to Somfy for example?

And I am just before choosing something instead of YOODA recently replaced me with 1 radio, now the second 35s-10 on the cable has fallen, damn! I understand that something can wear out but not burn because it's another matter that smells like junk.

Hello to all forum members, perhaps my post will be helpful to some.
At the turn of 2017/2018, I had 17 Wisniowski roller blinds with a Mobilus drive installed in my windows. Due to the fact that the assembly took place in Germany, warranty and post-warranty repairs were basically non-existent. Still during the theoretical two-year warranty, 3 drives failed - i.e. 2 roller blinds went up completely when opening, and then "froze" - no reaction to the remote control, the third one - fell completely when closing and also no reaction to the remote control.
An electrician friend said that the drives needed to be replaced - the engines were burned out.
Day after day we cursed these drives, especially since a possible replacement was quite complicated for us.
One day, due to a fire in the electrical switchboard, the entire village where we live was without electricity for about 3 hours. current.
After this incident, the broken drives "came back from the dead" on their own. They started working normally!!!!
Since then, two more drives have failed and the way of deduction - we turn off the main power supply at home for a few hours, after which the drive starts working again.

Topic summary

The discussion centers around the reliability and performance of Mobilus and Somfy io automation systems for roller blinds. Users express significant dissatisfaction with Mobilus, citing frequent breakdowns, poor customer service, and issues with remote controls and actuators. Many report having to replace multiple Mobilus engines within a short period, with some experiencing failures shortly after the warranty period. In contrast, Somfy is praised for its reliability, longer warranty period (5 years), and better customer support. Users are particularly concerned about compatibility with Z-Wave modules for future expansions, with Somfy being confirmed to work with such systems. The consensus leans towards recommending Somfy over Mobilus due to the latter's ongoing issues and limited warranty.
