I would like information, what could be the problem within the E30 error in the washing machine - Amica AWM612D. The error pops up after pressing start / washing. The washing machine buzzs 6/7 times before selecting the program.

Probably the problem was in closing the door. The latching element is already worn enough that it does not catch the door being closed.

Ok, everything is already known, the problem was in the slightly loose door. The door did not close slightly, which meant that the locking mechanism of the washing machine could not surprise - hence the buzzing. Unfortunately, I started doing it from the d ... page, i.e. I bought a locking mechanism that gave the same effect as before. It was enough to tighten the door.

Topic summary

The E30 error in the Amica AWM612D washing machine indicates a door lock issue. Users reported that the error occurs after pressing start, accompanied by a buzzing sound. Suggested troubleshooting steps include checking the power socket and interference filter, ensuring the door closes properly, and holding the start button for 5-10 seconds to clear the error. A common cause identified was a worn latching element that prevents the door from closing securely, leading to the locking mechanism failing to engage. Tightening the door resolved the issue for one user, who initially replaced the locking mechanism unnecessarily.
