Hello, help please - I have an Amica EAWI7123CD washing machine for 2 years and after switching on the washing machine takes water, then turns the drum and stops. The program goes on but the washing machine stops, you can hear a strange humming sound, after which the error 03 appears. I bought a new pump and it turned out the same, can anyone help what it can be? I will only add that when the drum is empty, the washing machine spins and drains the water (but not always), when it is already loaded, as if it had no power to spin.
