Sorry - I don't know anything about it and I don't know what SMART is. The system does not boot, so you cannot run any diagnostic programs.

The USB flash drive can be booted, so all programs are available from USB. For example, run the bootable Ultimate Boot CD and in it some SMART analysis program.
