Hello, I have a problem with my computer. I tried to run it as always but it got stuck on the screen with the disc manufacturer's logo.
This was done a few more times, f11 does not work, the repair tool does. I downloaded the system installer from Microsoft but it stutters on the loading wheel and won't start.

Colleague, it's more about hardware than software.
    Therefore, hardware configuration is needed.
Additional SMART disk required. Since the system, as I understand it, does not start, you need to boot from the MHDD content CD.

I'll check it out this afternoon. The disk is SSD crucial BX100, a week ago I was reinstalling the system.

    Added after 59 [minutes]:

I searched the electrode and found it https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic2624722.html
If I use parted magic then it won't be a problem? I have a few files there maybe not very important but it would be nice to have them. And since they can be easily thrown there, I would try.

First, please, kindly check if it's a disk issue - it doesn't have to be this way - and then you can combine what, what and how to write off the SSD and write on it.

Connected to another computer via an adapter from a removable disk. I have scanned HDDTUNE and all green sectors.

    Nobody asked about colors.
You've been asked for a SMART disk, since you have inadvertently used HDTune, then there is the "health" tab
You have to use it and give the results in the form of a picture to us.

I have read that this could be a problem with the graphics driver. I pulled out the Geforce graphics card and the Windows 7 and Windows 10 installer appeared. The system repair option does not work (will restart the computer and select the system) really does not work (it is not able). Automatic repair has started, the disk has been erased and the login screen has turned on. I restarted and chose to restore factory settings.

Colleague, or by accident, there was no error message for a moment. Try to boot the computer from some Live system. If it starts, if it starts, look for disk problems.
Recently, there are quite a lot of computers with Windows 10. Where similar problems are caused by BIOS damage.

Windows freezes during installation on the "it may take a few minutes" screen. After restarting, it turns on normally but gets stuck on the login screen (where you enter the password) trying to install the system 3 times and still the same. The system can be started in safe mode.
When I connected the graphics again began to stutter as at the beginning that I could not even launch the installer.

Topic summary

The user is experiencing a boot issue with their computer, which hangs on the disk manufacturer's logo screen. Attempts to use the F11 recovery option and a Microsoft system installer have failed. Responses suggest checking the SSD's health using SMART diagnostics and the MHDD program, as the problem may be hardware-related rather than software. The user has an SSD Crucial BX100 and has attempted to connect it to another computer for diagnostics, finding no issues with the disk's health. Further troubleshooting indicates potential problems with the graphics driver, as removing the GeForce graphics card allowed the Windows installer to appear. However, the installation process still encounters freezes and hangs, particularly during the login screen. Suggestions include using a Live system to diagnose disk issues and considering BIOS corruption as a possible cause.
