Hello, as in the topic My Xbox one turns off by itself during the game, sometimes it is 3 hours of play and sometimes 15 minutes, the console is not so warm at all, but the power supply is quite so. The consoles are still under warranty for 6 months. It turns off in such a way that you have to remove the cable from the socket and only then the console will fire. Help!

Maybe it's overheating and that's why it turns off.

Is it connected to the internet?

How do you think? This console is practically impossible to use without the Internet.

So disconnect the internet and then try to turn it off. If it does not turn off when you want it, it probably sucks something up.

it's buddy @bartekjasecki shows that there is something wrong.

Send back to the website and that's it. You can't do anything yourself, and if you even try, you will lose your warranty.

Mainly for the last 4 weeks I have been playing fortnite and pubg, which require internet, I will also mention that I already have consoles for about 1 year and a few months never before, it never happened to me usually the game turned off and the fan was loud and then I just turned off the consoles

Do you have a WiFi router in your room?

Maybe 5-6 meters in the next room

I forgot to ask yet. Turning off is like pressing the switch button on the console panel, i.e. the logo flashes and the console turns off, or is it like you pulled the power cord out of the socket, i.e. violent?

As if I pulled out the cable from the socket, nothing is lit, not even the power supply

As nothing shines even on the power supply and you can eliminate the cable, socket / strip fault if you use one, etc. - the power supply to be checked / replaced.

Could it be because of a patch in the game? Because when there was a new year old, the console turned off this fortnite for me, because for the last few days I only played it and now I have been playing the witcher for over 1 hour and everything is okay so far

If the voltage disappears and nothing on the power supply is lit, then when you disconnect the power supply from the socket and reconnect it, everything is ok (the power supply lights up in orange when the console is turned off) it looks like a power supply defect - it just can't do it. I have not played either Wiedzmin or Fortnite, so I do not know, but perhaps the latter has higher requirements and therefore the console has a higher demand for electricity, so the power supply does not "manage" and it just turns off - the power supply protection works.

Big thanks, finally, some specific return it to the guarantee or not?

And if you connect the internet via cable, it would somehow burden the power supply? Less than after WiFi?

I do not know if the power supply is under warranty for more than a year. But ... I sent consoles with similar defects to MS - without accessories and in the case of reported problems with the "energy supply" (in the service request form you choose the cause), the console almost always came back with a new power supply, of course there was a new label with the service date on the console instead of the production date.
If it is under warranty, you can try to send it back to MS - your cost will be such that you will have to pack the console and bring it to UPS, or if you want to push for a few / several weeks with "Polish sellers" who "do not see the defect" return the console to the store in which you bought and give the guarantee / warranty there.

Thanks for now, I am trying to connect the power supply to another power supply, in which only the power supply will be connected, if it does not help, I will probably send it back to the store

I asked about the router with WiFi, because it very often happens when the console is close to the router with WiFi turned on, it could turn off, but turning it off was as if you pressed the button on the panel (you can hear the switch sound if it is turned on in the options and the logo flashing). This problem also occurred in the X360 S, but here the console did not always turn off, but it was able to eject the disc tray several times within a few seconds - somehow the eject button was constantly being touched. The X360E and XBOX ONE S and X buttons have the form of microswitchs and this problem has been eliminated.

My console has a warranty until the end of January (I checked by the serial number) if this problem does not occur during a longer game of the witcher and then I test the fortnite on this other extension cord, if there is no problem (but I doubt it), I will just take it to the store on Tuesday such a question, should this plug at the entrance to the power supply connect the power supply to the power supply should it fly? In a sense, it can be moved up and down

    Plugs should sit quite tightly.

And there you can normally move it downwards strongly and slightly upwards
