Hello,
the matter seems trivial, but I can't deal with tmy.
Equipment:
MSI-GL627RD
System:
Windows 10 Pro
After turning on wifi, the card automatically connects to any open, unsecured wireless network. The card connects itself, without my knowledge and consent. In order to connect to my network which takes some time to start up, I have to manually disconnect the automatically established connection to the open network. I find a view like below:

ESET immediately shows me a message about the potential danger:

After disconnecting, I can see the network on the list and then I can connect again, it looks like this:
% nbsp;
I have never logged in to this network myself, I have never remembered this network.

For the test of the settings, I connected to this network and entered the settings:
Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network Connections -> Wi-Fi

The "Connect automatically when this network is in range" option is clearly unchecked.
Entering the Wi-Fi settings, i.e. Start -> Settings -> Networks and Internet -> Wi-Fi, I do not see the option of blocking automatic connection to an unsecured, open wi-fi network anywhere.
The question is:
How can I block automatic connection to any open wi-fi network?
