I listened to these speakers and I hear a terrible rumble. Does anyone have these speakers and can confirm whether they have damping inside? Apparently the Pylon does not dampen the loudspeakers? After all, even the cheapest Chinese have damping. I understand cost optimization, but PLN 2 for suppression is pennies ;-) Second question is, does the Pylon 27 still make cool looking crossovers, i.e. spider ones, as before in the Pylon Pearl? After all, such a spider switch is a fire hazard, you cannot make a PCB switch at the factory?

Look out for the Tonsil Siesta or the STX Electrino 250.

Haven't heard of this brand. What is this company and where did it come from? what are her roots? Who does it belong to?

As for the attenuation, several hi-end loudspeaker manufacturers do not use it, but the loudspeaker materials are said to replace it. Let me mention that such loudspeakers cost over PLN 20,000.

The point-to-point crossover is the best crossover precisely due to the lack of PCBs and paths (short signal path), would you also consider a tube amplifier made with spatial technology as a potential source of fire?

Pearl is a weak series, strangely made, other series better, which does not mean that it is perfect and unrivaled. Here in 27 they added a loudspeaker to make an impression and it did not work out. Because as I understand it, you listened to them in the living room with a good audio system and the rumbling was not due to bad acoustics or the Technics equalizer at a friend's ;)
About damping the loudspeakers is not what you write, wrong thinking. There is a lot of loudspeakers from BR that do not have damping, and they cost as much as a car, others have little of it, e.g. the rear and side panels, there are those that are packed to the maximum in various chambers, despite the fact that folk legends from the times of the Polish People's Republic say that in the loudspeakers with BR should not be so. Each loudspeaker and version is different, and if the bass is booming, then the wadding will not solve it, not the way to go.
You exaggerate with the spider crossover, although the aesthetics of assembling some fragments, e.g. pearls, is questionable. This is not the Diamond model. There are many Polish brands of loudspeakers, from cheap PLN 599 to a large group of several thousand, ending with those of 15-30 thousand. A similar size to that of the PP27, and much better are the Stx electrino 250, with a well thought out internal design. Then the Pylon Saphire 25 model is a bit more expensive and of much better quality, as well as artificial veneers and veneers.

PS. andrew54 You mean Pylon?, For several years it has been massively available, described, often for years cheap models recommended to amateurs on forums by salons. The fact with the Altus is the Pearl 25 is a hi-end. They also supposedly make boxes for other brands. They have been at the Audio Show for several years, they have a wide offer. Best regards.

Pylon? To Mateusz Jujka. Roots? Fall of Tonsil. I propose to take a look at the latest TAC board composition. I will not write any more because I will risk myself again. In any case, by a strange coincidence, the speakers on the same speakers made by Jujka and Wieszczeciński had a completely different opinion in Hi-Fi. Interesting...
