Hello. I have a Faac 740 drive. this forum I have identified that the radio I have is Fix. I bought new remotes (the old one bit the time) and I was able to program them.
The new remote controls have 3 buttons (the old two) so I could now use the 3rd button for the wicket function (the first button opens the gate and the second one - the garage door).
However, I am not sure if my radio is dual-channel. I was looking for instructions, photos of guides. I found this video:

But the radio module looks different.
Could someone tell me if my radio is dual-channel, and if so, which outputs should I connect?

In the video, the blue terminal block has 4 pins. Mine has two pins but it is marked as a NO switch so maybe it would work so much that I don't know if I programmed the second channel correctly. There is a gate on the first one. But when I click the second one, I cannot hear the relay working. If at all, the radio is two-channel.

According to the drive diagram, close contacts 2 and 7 for the gate function to work.
Theoretically, it was enough to connect them to this blue terminal block.

I don't know if I just programmed the second channel incorrectly or if the radio is single-channel.

PS This is how I programmed:
    1. Pressing the button and removing the jumper.
    2. Placing the jumper with the button pressed.
    3. The gate has moved. I pressed the button on the remote control twice, the gate stopped.
    4. I pressed the button No. 3 on the remote control twice. No reaction.
    5. Disconnect the programming jumper.

If the relay 'clicks' on the second button, you have programmed ok and the receiver has two channels, it is enough to connect the receiver's NO relay output to terminals 2 and 7 (or 2 and 8) of the control panel.

The problem is that the relay does not click.
And now I have doubts whether the radio is dual-channel at all, or whether it programs the remote control incorrectly.

I do not know if it is so slow, but I have a question about myself ...
I have an old Beninc drive with a switching "finger" after hitting the end plate. I activate the gate with the bell button and approx.
The original radio is broken, so I used another one, connecting the make contacts (executive) in parallel to the button wires (PP --- + V)
ie the reaction is the same as for the button.
The gate reacts to the remote control when closing, and not when opening (the button works during this time). That is, it reacts until it stops at the limit switch (I can stop and change direction along the entire route to the approach plate).
I don't know if it matters, but I could have swapped the finger leads once.
In addition, the radio on the board is to be connected to pins 23 ---- 24 (RI5E / K / I).

Make sure that for the relay (and the NO output) to work, you do not need to move any jumper on the board.
There is a green jumper visible there. Perhaps it depends on it whether there is an output to a relay or to the "K2" pin.
