    Hello,
I have installed the tension of the FAAC 740 sliding gate,
After moving the gate manually, the drive enters some strange mode in which it opens very slowly and closes.
This is the case every time you manually move it.
What to change in the options? What parameter is responsible for this?

The second thing I noticed is the slow operation of the remote control, i.e. the gate closes only after the second press of the button.
Can it be changed so that it closes when the button is pressed? Something wrong is connected NO, NC?

    Thank you
    Andrew

What radio? If plugged in - there is no possibility of making a mistake, if on the cables - connecting the NC contact instead of NO (it should be NO, i.e. open at rest) may result in all the above symptoms ...
As for free action - is the return to normal after some concrete action or after reaching the extreme gate? And are there any disturbing noises from the gear after activating the gate after locking the lock?

Ps. The slow operation of the gate may be caused by a wrong gate time setting (parameter t - set a few seconds more than the actual gate stroke time) together with decelerations before the limit switches (rP parameter - if there is any - turn it off and replace with the slowdown after the limit switches - parameter rA)

Plug-in radio. Just like in the pictures.
Back to normal as the gate moves to the end - the extreme. Interestingly, if I stop the gate with the remote control in this "free" mode and press the closing / opening on the remote control again (depending on the state), the drive seems to have remembered where it was already normal and from there it works normally. It will go from extreme to extreme and it's OK.

The drive is new. What noises do you mean?
Because when it moves slowly, it looks as if the engine has no strength.

    And what?

For the sake of peace, disconnect the radio at all and test the gate by starting it with a short short circuit OPEN A (terminal 1) with negative (terminal 7). If the situation repeats, it means that the failure is in the switchboard itself, and since it is new, burying the electronics is not really an option ... So warranty or replacement ...

    Hello,
after changing the parameters t, rP, rA as he took away with his hand, the gate moves as it should.
Does anything else change in the parameters below?

    Basic
    - LO - AP
    - PA - 1,2 (this is how long the gate waits to close)
    - FO - 23 (do you set the force to the maximum here, a light gate is about 100 kg)
    - dl - E- (opens to the left)
    - ST - 00

    Advanced
    - because - no
    - br - 00
    - FS - no
    - SA - no
    - PF - no
    - SP - 00
    - Ph - no
    - oP - no
    - EC - 00
    - rP - 00
    - rA - 03
    - AFTER - 05
    - t - 22
    - AS - no
    - nc - 00

Thank you very much for your help.
    Andrew
