Call and find out, theoretically you can, but if the courier has already taken it and carries it with him, you will not get it.

The parcel was sent from WER LUBLIN to DER RADZYN PODLASKI and from Radzyń to my city it is only 20 km away. So today I will get the package to my mail. So tomorrow she'll probably be at my place. I have one more question, how can I change the parcel delivery address, e.g. to a neighbor? Because there is no such option, probably in the Polish post office?

If the mail sent an SMS with a phone number to the courier.
Often, this is what Poczex Kurier 48 does when informing about the courier's visit with the parcel.

Wait, wait and wait again. You will not do anything. When the end of buyer protection on Ali begins, you assume a dispute and that's it.

And I have the shipment number CH103709349NL. On the alipaczce it shows that from September 19 it is in liege. Now it's October. Will I get this package?

And there is a chance that it will still come? There were 8 clothes in the package, so the package was rather large. Or is there a proven way to contact liege?

Rather, that's what the salesperson should do.
    Maybe the package will arrive?

    Hello

Where does alipaczka.pl get its data from?
The website https://global.cainiao.com provides very general data, and AliPaczka has more detailed information, e.g. that the shipment is in Belgium.
    How does he know this?
I would like to look at the source website, because maybe something more is there.

I can see that I am only interested in the data source on AliPaczka.
This knowledge would be very useful, especially when the package was stopped for weeks or even months on this website.
Someone AliPaczce provides this data and probably for free, otherwise the service itself would not be free.
Probably also, AliPaczka does not provide all data, but somehow filters it.
From the unfiltered data, you could probably get more interesting information about the shipment you are waiting for.
AliPaczka claims that it obtains data from carriers' internal systems, but it is not associated with either these carriers or AliExpress. All this is interesting and puzzling.

    Thank you very much.
How can these APIs be accessed?
Second question, how to find out to whom the carrier https://global.cainiao.com gave the package?

You know the tracking number, you know who it belongs to. Of course, there are no "bushes" companies, such as the World of Shipments, which only repack parcels and then send them by post.

You have a good multi-tracking shipment here:
    https://www.17track.net/pl

    That's not what I meant.
AliPaczka states, for example, that the shipment is in Belgium.
Question - where does this information come from and how could I download it myself, because maybe there are other interesting data about the shipment?
AliPaczka also states, for example, that the package has reached the destination country.
    A similar question as above.
Unfortunately, the website at the given address does not find anything. AliPpack is better.

Most of these sites say exactly the same, except for those that don't do anything.
I meant where do they get the information that the package is, for example, in Belgium, and from where it has already arrived in the destination country.
I would like to use the same sources that these portals use. Maybe then it would be possible to determine, for example, what number is the parcel in Poland, what carrier in Poland will deliver it, and thus where the parcel is actually in our country and what is happening with it.

I replied to the entry tzok who provided the address of the service for checking parcels. It's this website.

Based on the tracking number, they identify the carrier and retrieve data from its IT system. Although, AliExpress tells me the package is in the country as soon as it arrives in Europe.

From what I noticed, the package number does not change. It's the same from start to finish.

Shipments shipped with purchases from AliExpress and shipped to Poland via global.cainiao.com have tracking numbers that start with PL followed by 12 digits.
I would be happy to find out who took it over in Belgium for further transmission, and then who took it over in Poland.
Maybe someone will write me how to do it.

there are shipments No. 0045 ....... (courier, Poczex 48) comes by SMS.
as PL and the number are going to liege belgium.
and then to Poland, these are ordinary parcels, that's why they take so long (and we have no tracking)

    in belge liege.

Cainiao is Alibaba's own logistics company. Liege is Cainiao's hub for Europe. They transport it there from China, organize customs clearance and deliver it around Europe to their local logistics centers. ASS parcels are not taken over "on the way", all are handled by Cainiao, all the way to the destination country, where the parcel is sent by a local carrier.

I received a parcel, which was posted on 03-01-2021 from China by Cainiao company, the parcel number at the beginning is Pl and twelve digits. She arrived in Belgium on January 13, and in the country on January 18. The attached label in Poland shows the date of posting on 02/05/2021, and I received it on 02/18/2021. The parcel in Poland was sent, in PP Lublin L101, by the FASTPRO company (probably it should be called SLOWPRO), which has a contract with Poczta Polska. I have other parcels with this company, one has been with us from 12/14/2020. I will not choose this company anymore.

Well, there is no tracking with us, but maybe in Belgium it is.
Since AliPaczka shows that the shipment is in Belgium and then that it went to the destination country, maybe something more will be there.
AliPaczka takes this data from somewhere.

So maybe in the tracking systems that AliPaczka uses, there is some information where it went.
Maybe it could be located somehow.
The package does not come, the person is looking for solutions.
Especially that after opening the so-called dispute), the seller suggests absurd solutions for the customer to look for a parcel at the local post office. Quote: "The package has arrived, contact your local post office".

It makes no sense to check the tracking on their website.
Only the status updates you get by email from them make sense.

Some packages take 2 weeks and others up to 2 months. If there is some strange UPS type carrier there may be problems with them.
    Overall the worst option.

It happened to me that they gave the money back, and in a while the package arrived :(

Fortunately, the Chinese have mastered it - they send a link to the "extra extra fee" and you pay a second time

FAQ

TL;DR: 77 % of AliExpress Standard Shipping parcels reach the EU hub in ≤15 days [ParcelPerformance, 2023]; “Customs rarely holds them over 7 days” [Elektroda, daro31ie, post #17476145] Most PL- or 0045-prefixed items are handed to Cainiao/Sinotrans, cleared in Liège, then relabelled for Polish delivery. Why it matters: knowing the hand-off chain helps you predict delays and open disputes on time.

Quick Facts

• Transit China → Liège hub: Typical 10–25 days [ParcelPerformance, 2023]. • Customs hold in Poland: 2–7 days [Elektroda, daro31ie, post #17476145] • Buyer-protection window: 15–90 days, depending on seller [AliExpress Help Center]. • PLxxxxxxxxxxxx = Cainiao/FASTPRO letters without Polish tracking [Elektroda, ay56, post #19236545] • 0045xxxxxxxxxxxx = Pocztex 48 courier parcels; SMS sent on release [Elektroda, 1 PAWEL, post #18419464]

Who is Sinotrans and why does “SINOTRANS LIEGE” appear in my tracking?

Sinotrans is a Chinese state logistics firm that contracts AliExpress Standard Shipping. Parcels fly to its European hub in Liège, Belgium, where they clear EU customs before being forwarded to local carriers [Elektroda, tzok, post #17489468]

What does “import clearance success” or “shipment cleared” mean?

Customs accepted the declaration and released the parcel. No extra fees were assessed in over 90 % of such cases [AliExpress Help Center]. After this status, the item enters the domestic network within 1–3 days [Elektroda, jtux89, post #18417935]

My number starts with 0045. Who handles it in Poland?

Numbers 0045 xxxxxxxxxxxx belong to Poczta Polska’s Pocztex 48 service. After customs, the system sends an SMS and the parcel gets visible on Poczta-Polska tracking usually within 24 hours [Elektroda, 1 PAWEL, post #18419464]

My number begins with PL and 12 digits. Is it trackable?

PLxxxxxxxxxxxx are Cainiao “economy” letters. FASTPRO or other subcontractors deliver them. They lack end-to-end tracking and can take 4–16 weeks [Elektroda, ay56, post #19236545]

How long does AliExpress Standard Shipping to Poland normally take?

Average delivery in 2022 was 28 days door-to-door [ParcelPerformance, 2023]. Forum users report 2–7 weeks, depending on customs and hand-off delays [Elektroda, daro31ie, post #17476145]

Why is my parcel stuck in Liège for weeks?

High season or limited truck space causes backlogs. An edge case: user CH103709349NL waited >30 days in Liège before movement [Elektroda, Ratashka, post #18966713] After 30 days idle, ask the seller to file a trace and prepare to open a dispute at day 60.

Can I contact the Liège hub directly?

No public line exists. Only the sender or Cainiao can file an internal inquiry. Buyers should communicate through AliExpress messages and disputes [Elektroda, 1 PAWEL, post #18967290]

What should I do if tracking shows delivered but I received nothing or a wrong item?

  1. Photograph the label and contents immediately.
  2. Open an AliExpress dispute citing “Wrong/No delivery”.
  3. Upload photos plus tracking screenshots. Sellers must refund or resend under buyer protection [Elektroda, janek_wro, post #19317672]

Could my package be misaddressed by Sinotrans?

Yes. One user received a stranger’s parcel after relabelling in Komorniki [Elektroda, Roma_SZ, post #19317440] Keep packaging as evidence; disputes need clear photos of mis-matched names and barcodes.

When should I open a dispute?

If the parcel shows no movement for 15 days or exceeds the promised latest-arrival date, open a dispute; refunds are usually granted after 90 days max [Elektroda, 1 PAWEL, post #18966989]

How do I continue tracking once the parcel enters Poland?

Use the same number on Poczta-Polska (for 0045/LX/E-packet) or wait for an SMS. For PL numbers, only delivery scan may appear. Multi-track tools like 17Track aggregate updates [Elektroda, tzok, post #19230818]

Will customs charge duties or VAT on small gadgets?

Shipments under €150 declared value rarely incur duty, but post-July 2021 EU rules add VAT at checkout. Customs still inspects about 5 % for accuracy [EU TARIC].

What is an edge-case failure I should know?

Forum users note PL-prefix parcels can remain undelivered for 4–5 months or go missing entirely [Elektroda, 1 PAWEL, post #19334057]
