They probably wrote back "it was received" because they can see it on tracking. It's just that not by the addressee of what is needed, what is no longer visible on tracking. The operator has full view, public API no longer shows this.

Shipments with a tracking number PL are simply lost, the company from Szczecin that is supposed to deliver the shipment does not deliver these shipments, or delivers them after 4-5 months. Shipments with a number beginning with PL are not tracked in Poland.

Your unregistered, free shipments at customs offices are taken over by private entities such as FastPro, Polska Grupa Pocztowa (PGP), Sinotrans and others, which have absolutely nothing to do with Poczta Polska.

This tracking is not the best, but you suspect that it has left import clearance success and is on its way to you.

If it is something small that will fit in an envelope in a letterbox, you will not get any information about the date of delivery, only a courier from the "bush company" (called as in my post above) will throw it into the mailbox (without any notification ).
Also, check the mailbox every day to make sure that there is nothing in it except for leaflets.
