Samsung Galaxy S9 Not Recognized by Computer: USB Drivers, Kies & Odin Tested

Hi colleagues, I have a problem:

Samsung Galaxy s9 / computer cannot detect it.
I have installed the USB drivers correctly (SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones) The phone after entering the "downloading" state and connecting it to the computer does not detect it. I tried on two computers (win 7 and win 10) I also installed Samsung Kies with drivers, but it did not give the right result. I also tried Odin, but the phone is not visible. I pull out and insert the usb cable, but nothing is visible in the manager. Even "Unknow device". Help, what else could I try?

You probably have a USB port enabled.

Do you want to connect your phone to upload new software or transfer files?
I would check the USB connector on the phone.

I want to connect the phone to upload a new software. I have already tried on two computers and two USB cables. Interestingly, the phone charges easily from the USB and charger. Somewhere I read that I was able to do it with Win XP. I will try to get .iso and try.

If the phone is OK, the system should not matter here.
Why do you want to upload new firmware?
Load software from odin, click start and connect the phone in download mode. If it does not detect either the drivers or something with a USB port.

I forgot my Google account password and wanted to restore the phone to factory defaults and set up a new Google account. Unfortunately, the phone at the first start asks only for the Google account that was associated as the last with the phone .. I try to follow these instructions:

The problem was the USB cable. I tried for two, but it was only the third original that worked. Thank you for this help.
