In the Audi Q5 2.0 tdi from 2012, after the lifts, it displayed the message System Failure for 200 km it will not be possible to start the ignition. I added 18 liters but the message did not disappear. It reached zero and began to squeal and a message was displayed that the adblue system was crashed, then it began to indicate that the system was malfunctioning and indicates that 50 kilometers remained despite the fact that it is full.
Will anyone help what's going on?
    Thanks in advance.

You have FAP in your car, so after refilling the liquid, enter information about this fact into the computer.

No need to reset or enter anything! The car should detect the addition of AdBlue on its own and reset the number of kilometers.

    Added after 2 [minutes]:

The AdBlue tank holds a maximum of 24 liters, so if it was 18 liters, it means that there were still about six liters. The absence of an automatic reset indicates a failure, perhaps it is just a level sensor.

K3 - to clarify the allegations at my address, I would like to inform you that I have a Peugeot 308 hdi and the mechanic (from this company) stated that after refilling the said fluid, the counter should be reset with a diagnostic device so that the controller "sees" the real amount. I don't suspect him of looking for suckers like that. There is some information on this topic (regarding PSA engines) that confirms my statement.

Perhaps I am wrong, because it is the case with Audi, but the fact is that its owner will probably have to use a diagnostic device to determine the actual defect in the car.

You are wrong because you don't get any Adblu.
We top up and that's it. The rest alone. No, it's a malfunction. Time to diagnose what's wrong.

You're wrong. The Adblue system is different from the eolis factor in the dog group.

Both Audi and Peugeot have four wheels. Which does not mean that diagnostic and service activities are identical.
As mentioned before, AdBlue is different from Eolis fluid.
And the fact that there is something written about it, does not mean that it will be the same at Audi. Find yourself a post about HDI, that's where you might come in handy, not here.

the service has diagnosed a failure of the NOX sensor.
    After replacing, adblue works fine.
I thank my colleagues for their help.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around an Audi Q5 2.0 TDI (2012) experiencing an AdBlue system failure after the user added 18 liters of AdBlue. Despite the refill, the system continued to display a malfunction warning and indicated only 50 kilometers remaining. Responses suggest that the vehicle should automatically reset after refilling, but the persistent warning indicates a potential failure, possibly related to the NOx sensor. A follow-up confirmed that the service diagnosed a NOx sensor failure, which, upon replacement, resolved the AdBlue issues.
