In August, a message about topping up AdBlue appeared, which I did, but the error did not disappear. The system additionally displayed no start in xxx km. The service did not remove the error, but replaced the AdBlue pump. Recently, I added AdBlue to the station (there was no message, but since there was a distributor, I topped it up) and after topping up, a message appeared add fluid and after a while it turned into no start in XXX km . What could be the problem? Has anyone had such a problem? How to solve?

    Have you diagnosed the problem?
I have this case, I would be grateful for information on what to do, where to look for the problem in such a situation?

"Why add some stupid adblue? You need fuel - it's obvious. But adblue? Some invention for stupid..."
Well, now you have: the tank was emptied to zero, the pump had nothing to pump, the composition of the exhaust gas changed and the system reacted accordingly. Now no refill after time will help. In principle, only the Star Diagnose service computer: reset of the entire exhaust gas treatment system, the so-called "initial start-up" of the AdBlue pump (venting the system), resetting the level sensor in the tank, test drive to determine the correct operation of the system and erasing errors.

Unfortunately, my friend, I have no idea who in the area where you live can provide such a service.
Go to the ASO in Poczesna - they will definitely do it for you there.

I did what you wrote in the ASO, after a while the same situation (I will add that I added AdBlue immediately, only 3 liters came in, where normally over 20l of enthusiasm). Any suggestions?

I don't know what they did in that ASO, but since it was good for a long time, they did something. If the system reports that you need to top up and little comes in, then maybe they didn't reset the level sensor. Maybe there is a problem with AdBlue intake - it depends not only on the distance traveled, but also on the quality of fuel, oil, ambient temperature, average engine temperature, road conditions and dozens of other conditions that affect the composition of exhaust gases. In addition, there may be a situation where the current fault is not causally related to the previous one and it is just a coincidence. I do not know. I'm not a fairy ;)

What is the error in the motor driver and what is the error in the SRC driver? What level of AdBlue does the controller see? Maybe the sensor just isn't calibrated? Usually the heaters and the installation of these heaters sit down.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a persistent AdBlue warning message in a Mercedes W205, which remains after topping up the fluid. The user initially received a warning to add AdBlue, which was addressed by replacing the AdBlue pump at a service center, but the issue recurred after a subsequent refill. Responses suggest that the problem may stem from a failure to reset the level sensor or issues with the AdBlue intake system. It is recommended to use a diagnostic tool like the Star Diagnose service computer to reset the exhaust gas treatment system and check for calibration issues with the AdBlue sensor. The quality of fuel and other environmental factors may also influence the system's performance.
