Is it possible to produce electricity for your own needs from solar panels without being connected to the power grid? Or to be more precise, not having external electricity connected to it, nor any contract with the energy sector. Just such a house in a remote area.

NOTE: I do not mean the technical side to the slightest extent, but only the LEGAL side.

Did the state give me any tax or can it forbid me to do so?

As long as you do not sell this electricity to anyone and you do it in such a way that this installation does not harm / materialize anyone, there are probably no legal contraindications.

Doing a serious photovoltaic installation, if we have the ability to connect electricity from the grid, is rather economically unprofitable, but these are technical issues, so they go beyond the question.

OffGrid, i.e. an island installation not connected to the public network.
You can do such an installation and you don't have to ask anyone, ask or report anywhere ...
The freedom and size of the installation then you have unlimited ...
On the plus side, you are independent from anyone, war will break out and you have your electricity.
On the downside, you have to live at least three times to get paid back ...

It will never pay back. Unless during these three lives someone finally invents high-performance batteries. Of course, we assume a return on electricity prices from the grid.
