Crestron Toolbox won't help at all if you don't know how to program in the manufacturer's environment. MP2E is a 2nd generation processor. Beyond the Crestron environment useless to the developer. For more, see my answer on controlling Rolet - Crestron system.

Hi,

I am looking for the software Crestron Toolbox . I have a Crestron MP2E device and want to look into its configuration. From what I have read I need to connect via RS323 and use the Crestron Toolbox. Unfortunately it is not possible to download this program from the Crestron website (you have to be a Crestron partner to download them).
