Hi, Is it possible to program the knx system without using the ets program? I would like to use a hand-written program in Python for this purpose. If so, is the connection between the system and the program itself direct, or does it require additional background programs? Thank you in advance...

I have not been on the subject long enough, but in my opinion it is not possible (not in the way my colleague wrote). Each device has its own so-called application, which is uploaded using just ETS. There are some solutions for which mobile programmers can be used, but the subject is rather sporadic and not available for every device (I think Hager, among others, has it).
