This computer in this configuration can download some 350W with a slight margin. Pay attention to the quality of the power supply, not just the amount of W on the label.
Budget not limited? Are there any spreads?

I care about a good power supply, but not too expensive. Let's say up to PLN 400 can be.

Ps. I initially chose the ATX 600W be quiet! Pure Power 10 (80PLUS Silver)

I think it's a good choice, I have it myself in CM version ;)
If you have a housing with a window and the order in the wiring is important, it's probably worth considering such a purchase.

I will add PLN 400 to something like this: https://www.morele.net/zasilacz-seasonic-focus-plus-gold-550w-ssr-550fx-1483167/ - it has a 10-year warranty (BQT probably 3 years), certificate 80+ GOLD and similar price.

I would consider buying something that is more suitable for cooling this processor.

/ edit: even cheaper this power supply is here: https://proline.pl/zasilacz-seasonic-focus-plus-gold-550-ssr-550fx-80plus-gold-550w-p1106862
