Hello, I'm interested, can I install LED bulbs with Czech e8 approval? I mean, can I use them in Poland?

Added after 1 [hours] 25 [minutes]:

I found the answer myself. LED bulbs in Poland are illegal.

I would like to add that this is not Czech approval, but a Chinese print that is to imitate the Czech E8. These bulbs are not legal across the EU.
