Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 - Razer Synapse does not detect headphones.

Hello all!
I am asking for help because my headphones were working after I reinstalled Windows 10 Home.
In the Razer Synapse 2.0 program, I could set whether they should have Bass Boost or have Sound Normalization, etc.
I had a problem with browsers because the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET error occurred from time to time and I had internet connected on other devices.
Well, because I was already pissed off, I decided to enter on Google how to solve this error and I did it, I entered the command in the Command Prompt: netsh winsock reset
I restarted the computer and suddenly I see that after that I can't adjust the bass, etc.
I attach to this a photo of what I mean with this setting and I am asking for a quick answer because I gave some for the headphones and I will not buy new ones because I want a little bass in them, I admit that sometimes I like to listen to some bass boosted songs.

With these basses, I would be careful. This is the mega hearing killer and in 20-30 years you may end up with the assistive snail in the ear. As for the problem itself, something has probably broken out. I would install Revo uinstaller, use it to kick the program out of the hunter mode and upload it again. I think this will solve the problem. If not, I suggest you find the Razer support link and let it prove. After all, you paid, it is your duty to help now.
