    Hello colleagues.
Colleagues, I have a problem with the turbine, namely when I start a cold car, everything is ok until it warms up, but when the car reaches its normal operating temperature, the revs will exceed 2500 rpm. appears on the display Engine failure immediately Service. Due to the fact that I work in a company related to the regeneration of fuel systems and turbo, my colleagues cleaned the entire turbo, sanded the geometry and polished the surfaces that are movable and set the turbine correctly on the machine, but it did not change anything. I would like to add that, according to Esitronica, the turbo copy sensor should work in the lower range from 0.8v to 1.4v in the upper range from 3.2v to 3.7v and if I did not set the pear, it cannot be set at the upper limit, only what I was able to set down 1.3v and up 3.18v. I made the pear settings in such a way that I disconnected the vacuum, turned on the ignition and connected to the mass of the car with the meter and checked the signal on the purple wire. I even replaced the vacuum control valve, but it didn't improve anything, I only checked the pressure hoses, I'm afraid that maybe the hoses are swapped in the vacuum valve. Colleagues, please tell me how can I still check this sensor. I forgot to write that the computer shows the error of jamming the copy sensor (sensor A) in the upper position, so I assume the failure of this sensor .Ps. colleagues, the pressure control valve has 3 outputs, can you write which output from which place they leave because on the net what I found is only with 2 outputs .Ps. Thank you very much for help .

Pin 3 of the position sensor for controlling the boost pressure of the turbocharger, after turning the ignition switch, you should have a voltage between 0 and 0.2 V. Resistance less than 1 ohm between pin 3 of the sensor and B36 of the controller
Sensor pin 2 and motor controller pin B52 resistance lower than 1 ohm (for T1DA motor). Check it out, we'll see.

WHAT DOES THE MARKING B36 MEAN? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IF YOU CAN WRITE ME AS FOR THE DEBIL :-) LATHOLOGICALLY ??? I HAVE INCLUDED THE PHOTO OF THE PLUGS FROM ESITRONICA.

should I check it according to the drawing I made? or maybe otherwise ???

"Driver B36" is talking about the driver connector, you have ESITRONICA, you should be able to do it.

Hello, the cause of the damage was a modified batch to the engine controller, uploading a clean batch fixed the car's work. subject to close.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Ford Focus MK3 experiencing an "Engine failure immediately Service" warning when the engine reaches normal operating temperature, particularly affecting the turbocharged 1.6 TDCi engine. The user has had the turbo cleaned and calibrated but continues to face issues. Error codes P2599 and U0418 were identified, indicating problems with the turbocharger boost pressure control and invalid data from the brake control module, respectively. Suggestions include checking the voltage and resistance of the position sensor for the turbocharger boost pressure control. Ultimately, the issue was resolved by uploading a clean batch to the engine controller, restoring proper functionality.
