Hey, despite the lack of specialized vocabulary, I will try to describe the situations as accurately as possible.
The window has a handle on the left side. This handle can be turned 180 degrees to tilt only the top. The following thing happened during quick shutdown:
the window is pressed against the frame with three tops: both the lower and the upper left (from the handle side). The upper right corner is slightly ajar and it is blowing from there.
The handle cannot be turned (counterclockwise) more than 20 °

I am asking for help what to do with it.

I tried to press down the upper right corner and the other person turned the handle - it did not help: /

Press down on the top right corner and try to open the window (do not tilt it).

Any of the hardware components may be damaged.

There could also be an open window on the side that sticks out and the bolt is on the wrong side of the catch.
In some windows, a handicraft helped: one person pulls the window slightly at this point, and the other moves the handle to the "open" position.
In the case of other fittings, the opposite is true - press the window in this place and try to turn the handle to the "open" position.
Do not force it - so as not to aggravate the damage.

You can try to disassemble the sash by unscrewing the hinges, which in most windows are mounted with screws from the inside.

Some fittings have quite a few parts of a zinc-aluminum alloy (which is called "g ... olite in the maintenance industry), which is brittle.
It happened that such a broken fragment of a part blocked the fitting.
Only after opening it will be possible to determine which part is damaged.

If there is a problem with opening, do not try to do it by force so as not to damage the window, but call a service technician from a window service company, and for temporary sealing, cover the window joint with the frame with self-adhesive painting tape intended for long-term use.
The tape should be torn off before the time expires, as declared by the manufacturer - otherwise the adhesive from the tape may remain on the frame.

Pull the pin out of the upper hinge. Pulls down. Then try to move the sash sideways - the bolts may come out from behind the catches. As a last resort, the glass is pulled out (it takes 2 minutes), the sash becomes slack and the bolts can be removed in pieces.

When removing the glass, mark the location of the plastic spacers between the glass and the frame. These parts should be fitted in the same way as they were removed during assembly.
Likewise, the glass should be inserted in the same position as it was removed.
Replacing the blocks with each other, putting them in other places may distort the frame (the frame will not have right angles) and then there will be a problem with closing and opening the window.
Many types of insulating glass units have fixed external and internal sides, if the glass is athermic then its reverse insertion will cause the room to heat up strongly in the summer. (the athermic glass has an infrared reflecting layer on one side)

    I have the same problem.
The balcony window, which can be opened and tilted normally, was quickly closed from the tilted position.
I guess something didn't catch on because now there is a gap in the upper right corner and the handle turns only 45 degrees.

The upper right corner is pressed and tilted - unfortunately it cannot be opened.

Will pulling the pin out of the top hinge do anything? It comes out lightly, but I have some concerns.

I am writing for people who have a problem similar to the one described, and maybe they will be able to solve it in the same way as me. To be specific, the hinges are on the left side, the upper right corner is locked, the lower one is open, and the handle cannot be moved. Quite by accident, I found a plate with a spring at the height of the handle on the inside. When I pulled it towards me, the handle immediately unlocked, and I could close the window properly.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a window that cannot be opened due to the upper right corner sticking out after a quick shutdown. The handle, located on the left side, can only be turned 20 degrees counterclockwise, preventing the window from tilting or opening. Various solutions are proposed, including pressing down on the upper right corner while attempting to turn the handle, checking for damaged hardware components, and potentially disassembling the sash by unscrewing the hinges. One user suggests pulling the pin out of the upper hinge to allow the sash to move sideways, while another shares a successful method of unlocking the handle by manipulating a spring plate inside the window. Caution is advised against forcing the handle to avoid further damage.
