Hello, the thing is that a window was damaged by a household member, which was never regulated due to old age.

An insert went inside - a bolt, I think that's what it's called.

Unfortunately, the window is large, single (not divided into two) with the possibility of tilting + permanent limiter - without the possibility of easy detachment.
Of course, it cracked so that the window was or remained in the position of only tilting, it is not going to open it normally.

It is so tight around that there is no way to easily unscrew the whole rail with the guide. - to the regiment will not open it normally.

It is not possible to move these pins manually, despite the fact that the mechanism is hidden inside.

is there any way to unscrew this window or open >

there is no "easy" way to unscrew the tilt lock; the hinges, despite unscrewing the two extreme screws, also do not let go, so I suspect that there are still screws somewhere in the middle where there is no easy access ... I don't want to force it ;]

    eh.. :)

    Request for advice.

    Regards

Remove the pin from the upper hinge, then you can remove the sash.

Remove the cover from the upper hinge and you will see the end of the pin from the bottom, you need to remove it. Give me a picture and we'll know more.

Tap the top beveled pin with a hammer, then pull it downwards. If he doesn't want to go out, you can beat him from above through a thicker rod, or from below, holding, for example, pliers and hitting them. Once it comes out completely, and the window can be tilted, it can be removed from the lower hinge by lifting the window about 5-7 cm up. Of course, the window must be ajar.

The pin must be removed from the upper hinge. Just be careful - the wing can fly at you - you have to hold it down.

thanks, I already managed, the window still needs to be adjusted because the handle does not move completely to the closing position and the lower lock in the window frame needs to be replaced.

I unscrewed the mechanism from the first balcony door that was knocked out, ... it was a fluke after the part number :)
It was necessary to drill out these pins in the body to split the mechanism.

Where did you order these windows from? There is no such thing as after-sales care? I ordered from Oknoplast and when I had a problem with the adjustment, I reported it to the seller and they sent someone after 2 days.

Topic summary

A user reported a damaged PVC window espagnolette that was stuck in a tilted position due to an internal bolt obstruction. The window, being large and older, lacked easy detachment options.
