How to disable demo mode on an Amica oven with symbols like in the post topic!

In standby mode, touch and hold the quick heat button (3rd from the left) and simultaneously press the down arrow twice. Second option (if the first does not work): a combination of the clock, temp and minus buttons for 12secs

Minus-means down arrow? Because 1.option doesn't work, neither does the other.... Added after 8 [hours] 1 [minutes]: BRAVO! 1 way has worked! I AM IMPRESSED! Had to first discover that the standby mode means- off, only shows the time. And it worked. What do I do now so my little one doesn't mess things up again?

In my case, the second one with the down arrow worked.
