In standby mode, touch and hold the quick heat button (3rd from the left) and simultaneously press the down arrow twice.
Second option (if the first does not work):
a combination of the clock, temp and minus buttons for 12secs
Minus-means down arrow?
Because 1.option doesn't work, neither does the other....

Had to first discover that the standby mode means- off, only shows the time. And it worked. What do I do now so my little one doesn't mess things up again?
