    Hi,
My wife and I will be moving into our flat in a little while - currently in shell condition.

At this stage I'm thinking about 'smart' automation inside the flat.

Initially I was almost 100% convinced of the Samsung Smart Things Hub however it is very hard to buy the 3rd generation in Poland + zero support.
So for the moment I have decided on a test purchase of a Google Home mini, Xiaomi Yeelight RGB, Aqara temperature/pressure/humidity sensor - with so little equipment I will probably be able to bundle this with WIFI to the router and a google home app however I am still planning:

-Installation of touch sockets with WIFI NEO
    -Samsung smart TV (cheaper version)
    -Smart self-cleaning hoover (e.g. powerbot)
    -Motion detectors x4 Xiaomi
    -WIFI camera

What I can see at the moment in a normal budget (the control unit with FIBARO costs 2000zł) is Hubitat Elevation - it works with ZigBee and with ZWave - the downside is that at the moment there is no app for the phone. The big plus is that the devices can be divided into local and cloud-based.

Have any of you gone through such installations yourself?
There is a lot of individual information on the internet about individual systems, but very little and integration of everything under one roof.

Thanks in advance for your help

I can't believe no one on the electrode deals with such things :) .
The google home mini speaker has arrived - works great, I'm very impressed with how it captures the voice in the room.
Imagine a 20m2 living room, TV in the middle fired up at half volume and yet the speaker picked up my voice with no problem - a really big + here. It effortlessly tells you what obstructions you have on the way to work, plays music from Spotify, news etc.

The AQARA temperature sensor (WSDCGQ11LM) has also arrived, but you need a HUB for it - it's worth mentioning here that the HUB from Xiaomi is cheap ~£200, but has problems with the google home mini.

There is no one who has already integrated such devices, which Hub have you used?

    .

Has a colleague already chosen a solution ?

I am also looking for a smart hub that is reasonably easy to use. I've tried a bit of Domoticz and Home Assistant but it's a bit of a waste of my time with the constant settings. I've been looking a bit at the devices available on the market and Hubitat and Smartthings have caught my eye due to their interoperability with the cheap Xiaomi Aqara sensors.

Hi. I have been playing with zipato for a month now. The control panel alone is slightly over £1tys. But I recommend it works with zegbee, z-wave and much more. There are plenty of descriptions on yt. I have tested various solutions, but this one is the best. Of course, for me...

You can't beat the price/quality ratio of the Hubitat control panel.
In addition to Z-Wave and ZigBee, it works with devices on a shared LAN, e.g. BleBox and Shelly.
Of course in ZigBee - Aqara, Hue, Tradfri, Osram etc.

Hello Some time ago I implemented the Hubitat C-5 control panel at my home. It works with Aqara temperature sensors, gosound sockets w played tasmot over wi-fi, fibaro FGS-223 switches and RGBW wlightbox controller from blebox and some aqarqa motion sensors a few Home made switches with ESP8266 but it's just for testing so far. The system is growing little by little
daschboard probably has limitations but the system is still being developed as far as stability is concerned it is ok.
I've tested a few free softwares, but they tended to crash with combinations and not always restoring from backup restored me as expected.

What I miss the most is a forum in Polish to fight with different issues.
