    I warmly welcome,
I am asking for your understanding in advance ....
So I have a problem as in the subject, but from the beginning ...
I have a HikVision camera installed at my home and it is connected to the Huawei 315 router which has a card with orange.
Everything was flitting without a problem for about 3 months until today ...
When entering the application, be it from a Hik connect phone or tablet, I do not have a preview from the webcam, but just the message "The device is switched to offline mode."
I have no idea how to restart the webcam now so that the status is online and everything works as before.
The problem is that I am abroad and the webcam was mainly used to view what is happening at home from the phone.
I am asking for advice / help. Is it possible for me to run this webcam from a distance?
I will add that seeing the problem with the webcam, the first thing I checked if I have internet on the card with orange. I went to the orange website and the means were
50 zlotys but blocked and to unblock the information to top up the minimum for 10 zlotys number / orange card. So I did.
But the webcam is still offline. It seems to me that it could be a problem that I cut off the view from the camera.
But now the question is how to bring the camera back to life?
I will be very grateful for your help.
    Regards

I would start by restarting the router :) Anyone have access to the apartment?

Let him be careful because it is always a device powered by 230V :) If I restart the camera, nothing will happen either. And if not, you need to check the configuration of the devices.

I understand, thanks. But with the configuration it will be harder because the woman has no idea about it ...

roniester - maybe before resetting it, let it check if any red LED is on this router (then it will be known if it is a router for the future). If you know the card number, you can ask in orange if it is visible in their network (logged in). He can also first pull the lan cable out of the router and then put it back in again (sometimes I had wifi normally and after a spanking kiszka). If you ever buy a router, look for those with a watchdog.

Thanks to everyone / I'm closing the topic. Router reset and disconnecting - LAN plug helped. Regards
