    I warmly welcome,
I have had a problem with the WiFi network for about two weeks. Smartphones and webcam suddenly began to have problems connecting to the WiFi network: The Honor 8 and Honor 7 lite smartphone have difficulties connecting to the router. In advanced settings, in the WiFi section of these smartphones under the name of our network there are the following inscriptions: "network search", "connecting" which can be immediately established and you can not wait for them and (what is most interesting) "access to the network was forbidden ". If you can turn on WiFi on smartphones, you can see that the internet works much slower and is definitely less responsive. In the case of a webcam that permanently connects to WiFi, I noticed a decrease in image quality as well as frame rate (you can see that something is wrong with the connection). Even the Internet from the Plus mobile network works much faster than my WiFi via the Connect Box router from UPC. In addition, I have a PC connected to the router via a network cable and there is no problem with the Internet there. Below I throw all the router settings as well as the screen from the inSSIDer program:

    HOME:
    Wireless Gateway Modem Status:
    - WiFi (2.4 and 5 GHz wireless networks are on)
    - Internet (Online)
    - Telephony (off)
The two connected devices (PC and IP camera) are listed here. Of course, if I turn on the connection on my smartphone at one time, it also shows up here.

    LIST OF CONNECTED DEVICES:
As before, with the difference that here is the MAC address and IP address and the speed, which for PC is 1000 Mbps (ethernet 2), for smartphone honor 8 is currently 65 Mbps (WiFi 2.4G) and for IP webcam (WiFi 2.4G ) is 6 Mbps. There is also a second Honor 7 lite smartphone that also operates in the 2.4 GHz band.

    At the beginning of:
At 2.4GHz, set to channel 6. The width is 20MHz.
You must set the security manually to WPA2 AES PSK.
It is necessary to delete all remembered wireless networks in client devices and reconnect (enter passwords).
    Check (replace) the power supply.
For the time of testing, turn off this Chinese webcam completely.

I did everything except to change the security: I don't have an option like WPA2 AES PSK available at all. I can choose from three: disable, set WPA2 - PSK or set WPA - PSK / WPA2- PSK. Or maybe the idea is to set the WPA2 - PSK itself?
In any case, WiFi in smartphones runs a little faster than it was before it all screwed up. I have not connected the cameras yet.
What was the cause of this state of affairs? The channel "Dad" from the neighbor bit into my band or was the band of the webcam (nanny) so dirty?

Set up WPA2-PSK itself. Let the neighbor also set the channel width to 20MHz, in the long run, all residents will have a more stable network.
Work for a few days without a webcam and check if everything is ok. Then connect it to the network and see what happens.

Yesterday I tested both smartphones with my wife and the internet via WiFi works faster than it worked before it all got mixed up. I don't know which neighbor it is, but I have to find out. I will test this webcam and when something starts to happen, I will repeat the repair procedure and try to connect it with a 15-meter cable. And if it doesn't work then I will load it into a shuttle called a garbage can and send it into space.

Thank you very much for your help. I consider the topic closed.
