    Hello everyone

I am the owner of a washing machine as in the subject, it served almost 3 years without any problems. Until last Sunday, She made a stop during washing and the display shows error E20 ... In the operating manual it is described as a failure of the sewage pump or a blocked sewage system.

I bought the right pump, disassembled the casings (note there are very sharp edges), I miraculously discovered the tiny pump hooks on the bottom of the washing machine, replaced the pump, checked and rinsed the sewage drain, checked the sewage system, assembled the washing machine ... the drain hose is at a good height and it is not broken
I started and waited, and here the same error E20 crashes during the next draining of the water - now I do not know what to do (except for the phone to the authorized service).

    Please help

This washing machine has a jet system and therefore has two pumps. Are you sure you replaced what you need?

Check the hose connecting the washing unit with the filter chamber (unscrew it and check it carefully)

And maybe write if it drains water now and is it quite intense?

    Hello

    Answers:
1- I replaced the pump between the mesh filter (the one that is available to the average user under the flap) and the discharge hose. Where is the other pump?
2- Hose between the washing chamber and the pump - do you think that something is sitting there and is blocking the flow of water from the drum? I'll check of course.
3- It drains the water quite intensively - unfortunately, when it was new and operational, it did not occur to me to observe the stream of water discharged into the sewage

    greetings

    Yes

That is, analyzing the operation of the pump - which is 100% not a self-priming pump and should be flooded by gravity. This pump dries (pumps out any water that may have leaked) and then runs in dry running, which can generate an E20 alarm.

When I get home, I'll check it out.

I have another question: Does this model of washing machine have a water quantity sensor? What is the stop of the wastewater pump controlled from?

Each washing machine has a water quantity sensor called a hydrostat.

    welcome back

20-minute operation of checking the hose between the drum and the mesh filter and it is ......- my 15-month-old son's sock.
I showed it to my wife and she says she thought one sock is missing, only one?
I think the problem has been fixed. Quick water tests: fill, drain water and it's OK
My costs: - injured hand - sharp edges of the inner plates of the washing machine
-purchase a pump, actually a motor with an impeller (replacement) 33PLN
    - pump replacement
-nerves and searching for the cause
My profits: -I found this forum and people who want to help
Proposed action plan for this type of accident - E20
    -do not panic
-check the completeness and quantity of small garments :D
-do not believe the household members that everything is correct :D
    - unfortunately, as it is correct, check the patency of the entire drainage and sewage system if it is Ok
    -check the pump

I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the removal of the failure.
Especially the secretaries; mirr- which was the first to suggest a solution.

The drum in the top loading machine is closed during washing, so the sock fell in when putting on or taking out clothes.
