Hello. I bought a Chinese radio with a rear view camera. Connected as it should be. The camera image appears only when the android starts up. This is what it looks like when the radio starts up. Anyone had something similar? I'm no longer. I have an idea. Maybe a hard reset, but I don't know how to do it.
Radio from podofo 8227l android 8.1 go. The manual is there, but it's hopeless, they don't describe anything interesting there.

I can't find any updates. I was able to find the factory default code, but nothing is there about the camera. Only the guidance lines can be turned off. If only I knew how to do a hard reset ?
Camera connection as follows. Power to the camera, black to ground red connected to the red cable that comes out of the chinch wire (I forgot the professional name) czincz to the camera. On the radio czincz to the cam-in input red to the pink reverse, where the power appears only when I turn on the reverse, which is as it should be.
Red on the back for the reversing lights. Pod +, just to be sure ... PS How do you get +12 on reverse after turning on the reverse, if you don't have this wire connected to some source where this voltage appears? A camera that smart or a radio? The red wire at the RCA connector is used to supply + 12V voltage to the appropriate radio output, thanks to which it switches to the preview mode, not to power the camera.
] It seems so to you, but it does not have to be so, the second day, still no specifics on your part, you are asked for something and you don't care - I recommend a visit to ELEKTROMECHANIKA who will cover the topic for you.
I have been to a total of 4 electromechanics. Everyone says it's connected well and spreads out their hands. They don't know what is. I also connected for the reverse light.

Power appears on the pink cable. The radio itself knows through can that it is in reverse. Connecting to the lamp did not work. Where does the image come from when android starts up?
Hello, did you solve the problem with the rear view camera? I just bought such a radio, the camera is connected when I throw the reverse LEDs on the camera light up but I don't have a picture, and I don't know what to do with it because I'm green
Unfortunately, I did not manage to do anything, I fight for 3 days and I ordered nothing with a can-bus filter, maybe something will help at least one on the radio I already have
Guys helped me .. resetting the android from the radio settings. The camera is working. Only when connected to the reverse light, the filter is needed. And if the lighter is ok.
Can you tell where you found the android reset? For me, even the lighter did not work, but it may actually need to be reset later I will mount this can-bus filter and see if it does anything
Hello, unfortunately, after restoring the factory settings of the android and after resetting the entire radio, the camera still does not give a picture, the can bus filter was also connected, but he only gave visualization of the parking sensors on the radio screen: / maybe some more ideas, it seems to me from the connection side camera, nothing can be wrong, maybe there is a function on the radio that needs to be turned on or something, I really don't know what to do with it
You connect the red coming from the yellow CVBS to the REVERSE, which is as you have. And the CINCH plug itself under CAM_CVBS F socket You must have plugged something wrong in the back

Probably from the reverse light.

Did you connect the CAN cables too? TXD RXD?

Connecting to the lamp did nothing
For clarity, in the kit you had: 1) Long cable at the ends with yellow plugs and a red wire 2) Camera coming from the camera with two red power sockets and yellow VIDEO output 3) Power cord with plug inserted into the red plug above
Of course, you do not have to connect the red cable to the radio if you already have the BACK / REVERS cable in the bundle from the old radio and you can connect the BACK / REVERS cable to it from the radio. When the voltage is about 4.10V on the REVERSE, the image goes blank and the image from the camera is turned on.
red connected to the red wire that comes out of the chinch wire
Well, from this description it turned out that he connected the + power supply of the camera only to the cable that switches the radio to the preview mode, there is nothing in this description about connecting this pair to the + reverse light power supply.
Power to the camera black to ground red connected to the red wire that comes out of the chinch wire

I took it this way, that is, it turns out that the camera was connected to socket A, i.e. CVBS_IN1 and it should be under CAM_CVBS socket F. The CVBS_IN1 camera is connected to the recorder or DVD player or other cameras of side mirrors etc.
I also had a problem with the operation of the rear view camera in this radio model and I was able to solve it by connecting the REVERSE wire in the POWER cube to the reverse light wire. Everything works as it should. Personally, I have another problem with this radio that is difficult to solve, incl. because correspondence with PODOFO resembles a conversation between the blind and the deaf. The point is that it is sold as universal, while I have a 2015 Qashqai. Although I managed to connect them correctly, it is impossible to program the steering wheel radio control buttons. On YouTube I found videos showing the change and adjustment of the appropriate version of the can bus decoder, but in my android version (8.1) it does not work. In general, the question bothers me is whether an additional can bus adapter is needed here or is it an integral part of the radio (there is information in the system: CAN Pro v. 3.0) - maybe someone will tell me something about this topic. Regards.
Your original harness has steering wheel control wires that you connected to the radio wires? . If so, what symptoms do you have? When choosing the programming of a given button, how is it manifested?
Of course, the harness has two wires labeled "KYE 1 AND KYE 2" (yes, kye, not key - maybe it's a spelling mistake). I connected them to pins I think G and D of the Nissan harness, I added ground to the F pin. I do not know if it is correct because the pin diagram I found concerns the previous qashqai (j10, mine is j11) but the arrangement of the other pins turned out to be identical, so these should also be correct. As for the effect. A message appears in red (probably translated from Chinese) that the attempt to assign the button ended in "failure" and prompted "try again", which also ends in "failure". Interestingly. At the top of the screen of this function there is a button for two semicircular arrows (probably the equivalent of the "repeat" command , after pressing it, a green message "clear, button successful" appears, but the button assignment does not take place.
Added after 15 [minutes]:
The information about the model contains the designation: CAN Pro v 3.0 (8227L) and nothing more (some photos found on the Internet show, for example, the car brand or information that the can bus is not connected), while in the system settings under "Model number" there is a record of the 8227L demo version. Perhaps there is a dog buried here and this model does not have a can bus decoder at all.
Added after 13 [minutes]:
This "8227L" is how I read the chipset designation but why * demo?
Added after 3 [hours] 4 [minutes]:
Demo is probably a version of the chipset, mounted in cheap units. I am attaching photos of the steering wheel control screen. By the way, I found a place where you can install an external canbus adapter and adapt it to the car model, but you can not buy one on aliexpress, but they are dedicated to a specific station and sell only as options (I am writing about it for those who may try to solve problem similar to mine).
Hello, someone managed to do something with this rear view camera? Mom works the same in the moment of starting the radio, later the black screen. I think that something is wrong in the settings, but where? Or maybe someone has some updates to this radio?

Provide the VIN of the vehicle or a photo from the doorframe from the information plate and a photo of the original radio front rear information stickers and photos of the wiring harness you had connected to this radio from the front and back to see what color (wire) the socket is in.

Have you rearranged the wires KEY1 to KEY2 and KEY2 to KEY1? Possibly with only KEY1 connected to KEY1 without KEY2 connected to KEY2?

How did you connect the camera? As I wrote above, for me, after connecting the REVERS cable to the power cord of the reversing lights, the webcam works perfectly.

I've tried all of this to no avail. These key 1 and key 2 cables are well marked, and I have checked the place of their connection in several sources on the Internet. Previously I had a wince station, there was an extra canbus adapter and the steering wheel control worked very well. I sold them for almost nothing with this adapter, assuming it won't work with android. Now I regret it, even though the new station works nicely, the system activates quickly (it took a long time in the winery and in the parking lot before the image from the rear view camera was shown, I did this maneuver a long time ago).

I still have the original factory radio, it cannot be sold because it is electronically assigned to a specific qashqai
