I have a photovoltaic since May 29 this year. These are 23 285W panels, Solar Edge SE5K inverter. New model, no display, only 3 diodes signaling system operation. The problem is that the installer provided me with instructions for an older model. The new manual is not available.
Normal operation is indicated by two continuously lit LEDs, blue and yellow. Today at approx. At 1:30 p.m. the third red went on. Except that only yellow was blinking. The Solar Edge application on a PC and tablet showed that the system did not produce electricity, the power was 0 W, and the kWh was not increasing. The "Failure" tab signaled nothing.
Since red had not responded so far, I considered it an emergency, so I turned it off
inverter.
Maybe one of my colleagues has a newer manual and could give me some advice. I invested some money and the factory is standing. The installer does not work on weekends. Solar Edge's helpline says to connect to the technical department, but does not give any leads.
In the morning I will connect with the installer and ask again for the current instructions.
Now I turned on the inverter again and it seems to work like after sunset. Blue LED, steady light, yellow, flashing every 5 sec. Red does not light up. It's after 6pm, which is the end of the photovoltaic work.
