    Proceed as in the message: contact the network operator.
    The reason for rejection may be:
    - the site is available only to vodafone subscribers, and you are not,
    - the website is available to subscribers from a given region, and your computer gives a different geolocation.

    Well, I guess they are some restrictions and rather on the Egyptian side. I have services with them, that's what interests me ;)
    I wrote to the domain manager and to Vodafone, we'll see if they respond.
