It turns out that too much rotor resistance puts the electronics into emergency mode. He also gave me advice that I would like to pass on. Don't just leave the washer to dry after cleaning the windows. Residual dirty water can collect at the bottom and mechanically block the impeller. The gentleman from the service ordered the body itself to be turned on for a few minutes, so that the "guts" would cool down, and then it was necessary to charge it.
