It is also absurd that it shows how much oil is only while driving. I do not know whether to refill it because I bought a liter. I don't know, maybe I'm checking something wrong?

You can check the oil level in the MMI on the ignition itself, the engine does not have to be running (although I always check while driving, allroad 2.0TDI from the same year). Turn off the engine after driving, wait a few minutes and you will see the condition of the oil on the ignition on. You can also connect the computer and there is the oil level in mm in the parameters, there is also a parameter that informs at what level the system will report that there is little oil. According to what you write, you have too little oil, add half a liter and you will see how much is still missing.
