Hello and welcome. I currently have a Linux laptop. I have Windows 10 on the DVD (legal so that it is not in the news) and after clicking on the CD, I see hundreds of files and the .exe file does not work. How could I delete Linux and install Windows 10 on my laptop?

You need to start with the most ordinary booting of the Windows media (when booting the computer), and not from Linux - you can't do that. Only if an attempt of such an installation, combined with disk repartitioning and partitioning (please follow the installer's suggestions), will fail. You will have to think further - for example about cleaning the MBR.
