Hello,
I have a problem with the Saeco Exprelia HD8854 / 16, used at home for 5 years.
The device shows error E04, sometimes E05. After switching off the network, the error does not disappear, but after a long shutdown - for a few days - it can start to work properly. Unfortunately, after a few or a dozen or so coffees, this error pops up again.
I ordered a repair service for a friend, replaced the engine. The espresso machine worked two days and again the same, the servant gave up. I sent the machine to the Saeco service to Warsaw, they replaced the micro switch. The machine worked with two weeks and again E04. After re-shipping to Warsaw, they stated that they were active and only this message appeared once. They replaced the gasket on the block and sent it back. The coffee machine worked two days (maybe six coffees).
Has any of you encountered such a defect and could have done something?
Greetings,
R.
