    Hello forum members,
Some time ago I dropped my phone and green stripes appeared on the screen. There is no crack or mechanical damage on the screen. Am I doomed to replacing the screen or is there a chance that it can be saved somehow?

The only solution to this situation is to replace the display with a new one.

    Unfortunately, the screen is damaged.

If the glass is not broken, you can go to an Authorized Service Center and they will replace your display with a new one. This is "theoretically" a manufacturing defect.

I have the same. Unfortunately, Apple support and service wash their hands of it.

    Hello, hello.

the pink and green stripes indicate that the OLED matrix driver is damaged. This may be the result of a shock/fall or getting wet (even moisture - the screen has been previously opened and poorly sealed during reassembly). This defect does not occur on its own and is not covered by Apple`s warranty program. XS has exhausted its support period and there remains a claim against the seller if the period is no longer than a maximum of one/two years. This is already regulated by separate consumer regulations.
